Getting to Know your Neighbors
Whether you are an original owner, or new to the neighborhood, we all have one thing in common. We love our lake community with it's many activities. In this section, you will learn a little about your neighbors, where they come from, a little about their families, and what they enjoy.
Bob and Peggy Stratton
Owner since July, 2014
Originally from Butte, Montana and Livingston, Montana
We have 3 married children; 2 boys and 1 girl; 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren
We were married in September, 1965 in Butte, Montana. When a copper strike was devastating Butte, we put a map of the western United States on the floor. Bob blindfolded Peggy and she stuck the pin into Olympia, WA. We lived in Lacey for 10 years, then in Kennewick. WA. between 1976 and 2014.
"We love company​! Stop by anytime for an evening glass of wine on the deck, or a morning cup of coffee. WELCOME!"

Owners since October, 2018
Primary residence is Scottsdale Arizona
Donna has 2 daughters and 2 grandchildren, plus 1 great grandson.

Brett and Susie Bissell
Owners since 2017.

We met at Montana State University in Bozeman, MT. We were married in 1990 and began our teaching careers in Alaska where we spent the next 30 years. We retired in 2019 and have lived in Lakeview since. We have 2 children (Hayley and Kade), a son-in-law (Ben) and a granddaughter (Alexandra).

We feel fortunate to live in such a lovely setting and to be a part of such a wonderful community.

Joe and Terry Guenther
Joe and Terry have been owners in Twin Lakes Village since 2006, and owners in Lakeview since 2014.
​
They are originally from Antigo, Wisconsin, and their permanent home is in Moscow, Idaho.
​
Their family consists of 3 daughters, 3 sons-in-law, 5 granddaughters and 2 grandsons.
Lakeview owners are the most welcoming, supportive and helpful neighbors anyone could ask for. We share a real sense of community with genuine concern about one another. We are grateful every day to be a part of Lakeview.

John and Susan Steinkamp
John and Susan have been owners since 1995.
​
They are originally from Carlsbad, CA., and currently make their primary residence in Surprise, AZ.
Harvey and Susan Meier
Owners in Lakeview since 1994

Harvey and Susan live in Ashland, OR. and try to spend a month during the summer at Twin Lakes Village. They lived in Spokane for 26 years, from 1980 to 2006.
​
Harvey is originally from Seattle and Susan is from Illinois. They have two grown daughters and a "handsome grandson". all living in Oregon.

Mike and Carolyn Gillespie
Mike and Carolyn have been owners since 2014.
​
They are originally from Chicago, and currently split their time between their home in Effingham, Illinois, and Twin Lakes.
​
They have 3 children, 2 boys and 1 girl.
They have 4 grandchildren.
Jim and Kim Zoller
Jim and Kim have been owners since October, 2016.
Their primary residence is in Boulder, Colorado. They have 2 grown children, 1 son and 1 daughter.

We feel blessed to be part of the Lakeview community. It's truly a "little piece of heaven" here.
Bill and Terry Haroldsen
Here to serve our community, Charlie McMann is the trustworthy Office Manager at Lakeview at Twin Lakes Village. For many years, Charlie McMann has been at the forefront of community living and is available to answer any questions.
Jim and Clare McCracken
Jim and Clare have been owners since August 2020.
Jim is originally from Lewiston, ID and Clare is from Spokane.
They met at Washington State University (Go Cougs!) and were married in 1981. They have four children and four grandchildren.
