Meet your Board of Directors
Your directors are elected annually at the general membership meeting in August. Your current board consists of five members. President, Vice-president, Secretary, Treasurer, and Member at large.
We are always looking for new blood. The services of the board were solicited when the "old blood" decided that it was time to pass the torch.

Mark Grannis, President

Mark is the contact person responsible for taking calls, calling meetings, presiding over the board and, basically dealing with whatever has to be dealt with. He depends greatly on the other 4 members to assist with the day to day questions that pop up.

Greg Dykes, Vice President
Greg is responsible for supporting the President and is second in command for our HOA

Kelly Basfield, Secretary
Kelly is responsible for keeping records of meetings.

Dana Dobler, Treasurer
The treasurer is responsible for keeping the Lakeview financial records in order. This person works closely with our association bookkeeper to insure that projected and actual expenses are in order. The treasurer is the person who prepares the budget for the coming year and also has the dubious pleasure of introducing dues increases when necessary.

Laura Sawyer, Member at Large

Laura is new to the board in 2025

Vacant
ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL CHAIRMAN

The architectural control chairman will review your requests for any modifications, additions or deletions to the structures within the Lakeview Association. This includes exterior paint and trim and any project that will be visible to other members. He or she will also review interior modifications to determine if a structural plan must be submitted. The board members will review all recommendations before issuing a decision on the project.

Bob is responsible for maintaining the sprinklers. If repairs are required, contact Bob and he will either make the required repairs, or he will arrange for maintenance on the system. He is also responsible for having the system turned on in the spring and off in the fall.
